1. Accepting our terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at hucitizenship.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Hungarian Administrative Solutions Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About us & our services
We are Hungarian Administrative Solutions Ltd., a Canadian company based in Alberta, Canada. We provide information, guidance and assist with the necessary documents in Hungarian for people pursuing Hungarian citizenship by descent.
The Site offers a free eligibility check that asks about your Hungarian ancestry and what documents or information you have. Based on your answers, we may contact you to offer our consulting services.
3. No attorney-client relationship
We are a consulting service, not a law firm. Nothing on the Site, in our communications, or in our services constitutes legal advice or a solicitation of legal services.
Using the Site or our services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us. Communications between you and us are not protected by attorney-client privileges.
If you need legal advice regarding citizenship, immigration, or any other matter, you should consult a qualified attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Decisions about Hungarian citizenship are made by appropriate authorities of the Hungarian government, not by our consulting company. We assist you with the process, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, including whether you will be recognized as a citizen, how long the process will take, or what documents you will need.
The eligibility check offers a preliminary assessment based on the information you provided to us. It is not a determination of your citizenship status and should not be relied upon as such.
5. Your responsibilities
When you use the Site and our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Understand that your eligibility for citizenship depends on factors only Hungarian authorities can confirm
- Be responsible for any fees, documents, or obligations required by Hungarian authorities or any other government body
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes
6. Fees
The eligibility check on the Site is free. Application assistance starts at $875 CAD; the final quote depends on complexity of your case and is confirmed during the eligibility review. We do not process payments on the Site.
Any specific fee for your case will be described in an agreement between you and our company, arranged after the eligibility check and before work begins.
7. Email communications
When you complete the eligibility check, we send you a confirmation email and may contact you about our services. We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the US CAN-SPAM Act.
You can stop receiving emails from us at any time by replying to any email we send and asking us to stop, or by emailing [email protected]. We will honor your request within 10 business days.
8. Intellectual property
The content of the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Hungarian Administrative Solutions Ltd. and is protected by copyright and other laws.
You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish the Site's content without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Submit automated requests designed to overwhelm or disrupt the Site
- Provide false or misleading information through the eligibility check
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications
10. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as government resources). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those websites. You access them at your own risk.
11. Testimonials & results
The client testimonials shown on this Site reflect the personal experiences and opinions of those individuals. They are genuine clients of Hungarian Administrative Solutions Ltd., and they have not been compensated for their statements.
Their experiences are their own and are not a guarantee, promise, or representation of the outcome you should expect. Citizenship outcomes, timelines, and the documents required vary from person to person depending on individual circumstances. Your results may differ. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hungarian Administrative Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for consulting services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) if you have not paid for services, whichever is greater.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice where practical.
Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
